David Young from Coral Coast Catering did a fabulous job at our garden wedding of 60 guests on New Years Eve 2011. The initial meeting was informative, delightful finger food menus were provided, and preparation on the evening was out of sight of the guests. The serving staff were friendly and unobtrusive, and circulated through the guests with great ease. Clean up and departure of catering staff was hardly noticed. Hi David & Peter Thank you so much for the wonderful pizza's for our 40th party on Saturday night. Everyone raved about them. I'm disappointed I was chatting to people too much and missed out on trying half of them, but the ones I did get were divine! It was a very successful night, and I've mentioned your name to about 10 people who were there on the night enquiring as to who you were. I hope the crazy crowd didn't hassle you too much Peter....I believe you ended up getting dubbed "Jamie Oliver" by some :) - Thanks again. |

Dear Peter, Rhys and I would like to extend our thanks to yourself, David and your staff for the outstanding service and DELICIOUS food at Bridget's christening lunch on November 7th 2010 at La Fontana Restaurant. It was great to hear all the feedback from our friends - many who as you know are Italian.... 'they loved the lasagna, fettucini carbonara , gnocchi and especially the FISH.....they were amazed about the extent of the menu from italian pastas, to roasts, salads, chicken, fish and delicious desserts...our guests were so impressed with the AMOUNT of food and Peter, the way you kept checking that there was always enough!!!! The ambience of your restaurant was perfect for our party of 50. You, David and your staff were so obliging on the day to provide whatever we needed and make our guests comfortable and welcome, even to allowing us play our Italian CD's. Thank you also for the number of times i asked to meet with you to discuss the menu and let me know that 'you would look after me and guarantee there would be enough food.' You reassured me that nothing would be a problem and on the day - you were true to your word!!!! |

Our company has held Christmas parties in the Cairns area for 4 years now and this year I was looking for a change having been not entirely happy with our previous venue. Coral Coast Catering was recommended to me and I was impressed firstly by their interest factor in my function. The weeks went by and the arrangements were made so simple by David and Peter. We first met when I was in Cairns and then we spoke via e-mail many times. They were very willing to cater to my every whim. We settled on a range of finger foods and an open bar. The night arrived and 70 vets, nurses and partners converged on La Fontana Restaurant. The food was fantastic, delicious and plentiful, no one went home hungry. The staff were delightful and efficient. I have never had so many calls the day after a function to say thank you and what a good time people had. I would thoroughly recommend Coral Coast Catering for any function that you may wish to organize. I will use them again next year for our Christmas party in Cairns! |

Half Moon Bay Golf Club has enlisted the services of Coral Coast Catering on a number of occassions. I have always found David and his team to be extremely helpful and willing to work with us to ensure a successful function. Coral Coast Catering has an extensive menu and a price range that will suit all functions. We have used David and his team on functions ranging from 20 people up to 150 people. I would recommend Coral Coast Catering to any prospective clients. |
